Our Founders
John C. O'Dell is a seasoned business professional with a strong background in project management and strategic planning. Currently serving the CFO of Transamerica in strategic planning efforts, John coordinates with executives to create, execute, and measure the annual strategic plan. He facilitates company efforts to create a safe Artificial Intelligence (AI) environment for employee use and filters use case to highlight efficiency gains. He also leads the actuarial, hedging, and financial reporting portfolio of initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Previously, John was the Division Chief of the Business Process Improvement Project Team at the U.S. Army Financial Management Command. His leadership in standardizing the Army’s financial management processes led to increased efficiencies and improved auditability of the Army’s General Ledger and Financial Statements.
John's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his real estate ventures, where he owns and manages commercial and residential properties. For the last decade he has owned and operated Ft. Ben Fit, assisting clients with healthy diet and fitness goals.
John holds an MBA in Finance from Ball State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He recently earned a graduate certification in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Executive Education. He also completed MIT's No Code AI Business Analytics course.
John is the Vice President of the Indianapolis Ball State Alumni Association, a member of Theta Chi Housing Board, and a small group leader in his local church. He enjoys spending time with his three young sons and his wife, Kali.

Fluent in Python, SQL, and R, Kali adeptly translates data analytics into actionable strategies that propel businesses forward. With a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the intricacies of Salesforce ecosystems, Kali is poised to deliver unparalleled value to clients. When Kali's not solving big problems she enjoys running businesses with her husband, John. Together they've owned and operated multiple companies over the last decade, including residential and commercial real estate, fitness faciities, photography studios and now, O2 Advisors! She enjoys volunteering for her sons' gymnastics boosters club and advising other women in her local church.
